I have bought these for my son twice and he rarely agrees to taking them so I usually end up taking them. They taste so good and definitely help me to sleep through the night.

This has made a tremendous difference for my ADHD kids. After a week or so we started to notice things were way less stressful. Hyperactivity has decreased. When we ran out, on day 1 hyperactivity was awful! So we re-ordered, and this for sure has worked for our family.

The big question is -- do the kids eat them? And the answer is yes. My 5 year old actually likes the taste. I use Nordic Naturals multivitamin for my kids and so I know and like this brand. I bought this for my 5 year old who is more anxious and tends to wake at 3 am (sort of the cortisol peak). It has helped reduce her nighttime wakings.

These are our favorite magnesium gummies! They taste great and we like the texture of them.

I buy these for my child who has tics. He likes them, and I do feel like the magnesium and L-Theanine has reduced his tics and probably helps him be calm at school. The taste is great too and he enjoys eating them.

My son and I both take these before bed. It just seems like overall it’s helped his sleep and mood. I find it super helpful for deeper sleep I have less 4am wake ups.

This product may work well for most children - but we suspect that for our son, it caused nosebleeds. Initially, we only gave this product to our 3.5-year-old occasionally (dosing according to package instructions) with no apparent issues. Then we started giving one to him on a nightly basis, and after a few days to a week he started having nightly nosebleeds. After four days of nosebleeds we stopped giving him this product to see if it made a difference, and the nosebleeds stopped. He has never been prone to nosebleeds before, and has not had another one since we stopped giving him this product. Without formal testing of some kind, we can't know for certain this was the cause - or which ingredient he was reacting to. But we wanted to leave this review in case anyone else had a similar issue.
