The capsules are vegan friendly and are easy to swallow.It is a premium quality supplement that contains no fillers, preservatives or gelatine.This is a great supplement with a focus on h0rmone bal*nce. The only downside for me is the recommended dosage of 4 capsules a day. Recommended.
