Which way round instructions needed, please, Theramag.
This seems a very good company to deal with. The mat arrived faster than promised and everything was in excellent orderI can't comment on the healing power as I haven't had it long enough, but it is easy to operate and comfortable to use. There was an English handbook with a few guidelines, but very much missing is any guidance on the optimum position to use the mat, and what the different bits can be used for, and how to apply them. Hopefully that can easily be remedied.

I use for a dog with dysplasia, but too early to write works or not

They don't include any instructions in English !! [ only German !!]
The unit took 8 days to arrive from Germany ...and when it did, there were no Instructions in English !!

Very well made had a problem with the mains adapter but this was replaced quickly at no extra cost
