The Gideons KJV Bible... In my opinion, one of the best bibles to own. The King James Version is the only modern Bible translated from the majority text. It's the only Bible I will read and the Gideons present an excellent version with their "helpful reading" index in the very front of the book, making it very nice and easy to look up scriptures that may comfort you in time of need.Below is what the Gideons say about themselves right out of the great book, and proves that it is ok to take their Bible from hotel and motel rooms, they want you to. It spreads the Word of God, converts and saves people. If you feel better buying one, great, but that money most likely, is not making it's way back to the church or to the Gideons. Just food for thought...Who are the Gideons? Discovering each other to be a Christian, they held their evening devotions together. After prayer together, the name of the Gideons was selected for the group. Gideon bibles are Holy Bibles placed by the Gideons and on the inside cover have the statement “this book not to be sold “. The seller should sincerely read the “Book “and apply God’s teachings.

I bought this and obviously didn't study the blurb properl because when I downloaded it, it appeared to ne in Arabic or some other language. I have since deleted it!
