Bought Cal King heated mattress pad and it works perfectly. Comes with two controllers, so I can control the heat and length of time on my side of the bed. Extra longs cords to reach wall outlet, but I put it on reversed so the cords are at the head of the bed instead of at the foot to keep cords tidy. Warms up quickly, so it feels cozy by the time I'm done brushing my teeth. Much more effective than a heated blanket because I can stay warm without overheating myself. Would definitely recommend especially since it's not more expensive than a heated blanket for this size of a bed.

Lucky to get this on a Black Friday sale! It works well and gets really hot, like way too hot! The levels go up to 10, I haven’t put it higher than 3. My partner turns his on 6 and lets it warm up and then turns it off and it stays warm for him all night.

Added to my fathers bed so he could have a warm bed to enter at night. Controls are very adjustable for his comfort. Thank you

This mattress pad gets good and hot - I generally crank it up to 10. But I recently tried it on 2 and it felt like it got almost as hot as it does on the 8-10 range. That's a bit disappointing. This King size fits our Cal-King just fine. The cotton-type fabric is soft and comfortable. Fyi, I set it a few minutes before I go to bed so it's nice and warm when I climb in. Then I shut it off just before I go to sleep.

There is not much padding. The fabric is slightly thicker than a normal fitted sheet. If you think you are getting a mattress pad that is heated... Well, not quite.It is well constructed. Thoughtful extra reinforcement around where the wires poke through. The connectors are located at the corners and don't get in the way. The wires are long enough to set it up in either direction. 2 separate controllers for individualized settings on the king size. The controllers memorize the last settings so you only need to push the one button before going to bed at night. This is helpful since there is not a built-in clock to have it turned on automatically and it also doesn't have a pre-heat function that I read about on other choices. Overall pretty happy with the purchase.

My mother stays so cold and I bought her one a few years ago and she absolutely loved it and so when it went out on her I had to get her another one because she just couldn’t make it without her heating pad so I highly recommend them if you are a cold sleeper or elderly people They’re wonderful

On these cold nights it’s very relaxing to crawl. Into a warm bed .

I don't believe Serta did any product testing or research for this.CONs:- There is no heat in the bottom of the pad to warm your ankles or feet.- It does not adjust the amount of heat as your bedroom cools off or warms up.- You can can't see the display to change settings while lying in bed.- The buttons clack loudly enough to wake your bed partner.- The wires are stiff enough to flip the controller off the back of your nightstand.- It has two plugs requiring you have two electrical outlets available.PRO:I spent hours on the Internet looking to replace a pad that failed after 25 years. You won't find anything better than this. That's why I did not return it for a refund.BTW:My old pad had none of the deficiencies this pad has. I bought the queen size.
