I purchased this item for myself and the other for a friend. I had read reviews that are mixed on the app you have to download. The app has some issues that it needs to resolve. The reviews here on Amazon are what inspired me to buy. The texture of it is silicone based. I love the color and weight is very light. Can't tell you are wearing it.

Now let’s talk about Totwoo Smart Jewelry’s customer service. They offer something you don’t see very often these days and that is amazing - no outstanding- above and beyond customer service. They truly take care of you! I bought two brackets maybe 6 months ago. I got the candy ones but I did not realize they were made where the pendant comes out to change bands. Well my daughter’s pendant pops out easily. She was at her dad’s and had a panic bc the pendant fell out in the ball pit. I had purchased the 2 year warranty so I went to see if there was any way to use the warranty. But it said it did not cover lost or stolen items. I reached out to customer service and I was amazed at how quickly they emailed me backs. I believe it was within an hour! Shocked. They asked for some information and then sent me to talk to Amazons Totwoo department ( because I bought them from Amazon). I messaged totwoo through Amazon who got back within 1 or 2 days. Still speedy. They quickly offered me a refund or a replacement. They helped me pick one out for my 6 year old daughter that will not pop out to change bands, as well. I truly am not one to brag about companies very often. Few amaze me and really go above and beyond with customer service these days. But Totwoo has. Way more than they needed to. I will be a lifelong Totwoo customer. To add: Totwoo has now even reach back out and said if I send them a photo of the bracelet I want for my daughter (the one I wanted was only sold in a two pack, and I still have mine) they said they can figure out the break down of price and help me to get the one she wants. They are amazing. Just incredibly outstanding company!!!

I purchased mine on July 2nd, and after a “full charge” it lasts maybe half a day before I have to charge it again.I’m passed the refund/return window. I have not heard back from customer service. So I would suggest not to purchase this product.

I love this so much the color the way it looks me and my bestest friend have been using these and it’s so fun getting little signals from them and the app is fun to use as well you can change the color of the heart and set vibration levels for the signals it works so well only took me 5 minutes to create and account and pair up might be difficult to some but for me easy peasy I love this and if you have a loved one or a bestie they will really appreciate this especially for long distance!🩷👍

Works but, sometimes it's confusing why we can't feel the vibration. It's cute though and holds a long charge. It helps while my gf is deployed. You do have to have Bluetooth connected to your phone to use it. Easy to clean.

I was nervous of this purchase to see if this would really work. I so glad I did because it works wonderful. We push the button and we send love to my husband through out the day. Also an extra bonus is when you are receiving a phone call the bracelet vibrates and light up to show notifications. A great buy and highly recommended

I love this item. Being able to connect even tho my wrist is buzzing all day long and gets annoying but it's an easy quick way to connect during work hours without getting in trouble.

The band around the pendant is thin so it broke

I got this bracelet a little while ago now to pair with my boyfriend. We initially loved them and thought they were great, but then his started to act weird. His battery started dying a lot faster than mine even though we charge them at the same time. It also wouldn’t properly charge on the charger, and would take several attempts to get the two to properly connect. He had wrote a review and they offered him a refund as he didn’t want a new one because we’re both very sentimental and it’s manageable but we’re both still disappointed. Recently though, my bracelet has started doing the same things and I’m really disappointed and frustrated!
