Definitely not painless, but really easy to use. Also easy to burn yourself so be careful!

The wax it comes with isnt very good and feels a bit plastic-y. Doesnt stay warm lomg after taking it out. Machine heats up quickly and is easy to use though.

First time buying a wax warmer and I'm happy with this product, it warms up the wax very fast and easy, I do have to say the wax that came with it was not the best but I'll have to but some anyways when I ran out.

Before I purchase this wax warmer I alway use sally Hansen one. I am glad I found this wax warmer. It come with four bags of wax beans, so I don’t need to buy separately. I’ve been used once since two weeks ago. My skin felt so soft. Hairs hasn’t grow back yet. I really like this wax rather than sally hanses.

It heats up to perfect temp and you can control the settings by adjusting the knob . it is compact and doesn’t take up much space . Works great for me .
