Bragi The Dash Pro, Wireless Bluetooth Noise Reduction Cancellation Headphones with Amazon Alexa Black B1002 – 01

I'd like to start by saying - this is a great product!!!Seems like if you are a swimmer, runner, cyclist, or if you love all kind of unique features like sound transparency this might very well be the product for you.My two reasons for buying this product were:1. Internal music player.-I knew it has 4GB storage of music and capability of playing it with no need for other device - and this was the real reason for buying these headphones. And I shall spare you the details but at this point in time [August 18 2018] it is really a flawed feature. Very disappointing because it is indeed a very promising feature.2. Sound cancellation- I knew it is has no active sound cancellation and expected it to fail on this requirement but I was pleasantly surprised to hear how good the passive noise cancellation of Bragi Dahs pro was. Even compared with Bose quiet control 30 active sound cancellation.On the bright side:- although in many reviews people complain about Bragi's price, however this price gives something that you hardly get nowadays - excellent service. You go on their website and you can chat with someone who is interested in helping you solve whatever problems you come across [and I came across more than one....;-) ]Conclusion:Pricey - yes - but you get value for the money : many features and good customer support.Although I am returning it I appreciate the product and the team behind it.p.sThe people from the customer support said that they are going to be looking to improve the internal music player. When they do I might reconsider purchasing this product.

I spent a good month looking into headphones for when I swim and these bad boys although expensive seemed to have what I was looking for, they are Bluetooth which is great and well used but not ideal when swimming! It does however also have 4gb of storage for music, podcasts and audiobooks, this solving my problem when swimming!! The sound is is of the highest quality.I love that you can have audio transparency on or off depending on if you want to be aware of your surroundings or fully into your music. You can track your activities, heart rate, distance etc. Battery life is fantastic and the 4d menu is amazing!To top it off BOS Bragi’s operating system allows The dash pro to learn new skills and update new features. It does so much more than this and i’m Over the moon with mine!

Amazing tech and perfect fit

worst headphones I ever purchased and have returned, left ear bud would continually pop and lose connection. The battery was poor 2 hours max. I contacted Bragi who just told me return to Amazon seller. I wont purchase a Bragi product again !!!!

I strongly warn you against buying this product. The quality of the product and the customer service are both lacking.I bought the headphones as a gift for my husband. The foam earbud tips supplied with the product fell apart within 6 weeks of use and never fit well enough to use when swimming.We contacted Bragi asking them how we could get replacement tips (as they don’t seem to be available for sale) and for their advice on any alternative compatible earbuds that might fit better for swimming.After back and forth for 6 days we eventually got the response:"As you say that the Foam Tips ripped there is unfortunately nothing we can do, since they are not covered by a warranty and their expected time frame is at most 3 months. :)"This leaves my husband with a very expensive product that he can’t use for the sake of a small bit of rubber foam.Bragi could have easily solved this, at a cost of presumably pennies, but declined to help. By their own admission the tips are not expected to last, but they do not offer a supply of replacements.
