Cold brewed coffee brings you all the joy and taste of great coffee without all the acidity. It gives you a smoother, slightly sweeter, non-bitter coffee with 67% less acid that traditional heat-brewed coffee. Cold brewed is gentle on the palate, as well as the tummy. Great for iced coffee, coffee smoothies, and coffee milkshakes. Directions Step 1: Place 1/3 cup of your favorite coarse-ground coffee in a Diana Stobo Cold Brew Coffee Bag and place in jar or glass pitcher. Add 1 cup water and let steep in refrigerator for at least 12 hours. To make several cups at once, increase coffee and water at a ratio of 1/3 cup coffee grounds to 1 cup water. (Adjust the amount of coffee grounds to suit your taste.) Step 2: After 12 hours, remove the bag to reveal perfect, cold-brewed coffee concentrate. Store coffee in the refrigerator. Step 3: To serve, dilute one part coffee concentrate with one part hot or cold water, milk, or nut-milk. Sweeten as desired. Fantastic for iced coffee and coffee milkshakes. Step 4: Discard coffee grounds, turn bag inside out, and rinse bag under warm water with or without mild soap. Hang to dry.
