The design is not only visually interesting, but the handle is concave so your thumb rests nicely where the handle meets the cup proper.Four ounces is a bit smaller than I envisioned before ordering:Height is 2 1/2 inches;Base of the cup is 1 7/8 inches in diameter;Top of the cup is 2 15/16 inches in diameter (3 3/4 inches across the cup to the edge of the handle);Cup weight is 5.5 ounces;Saucer weight is 4 ounces.Brighten the humdrum with this stylish Scandinavian set.

Beautiful design; quality product
I like the unusual design of the cup handle and saucer, which are exactly as pictured. Very well made, with no imperfections. Size is larger than the typical demitasse but smaller than a typical tea/coffee cup. Just right if you don’t want a full cup of coffee. For espresso you would probably want to fill it about halfway.
