I purchased this product and gave it to a coworker in an effort to assist her with some anxiety issues she was having. I'm very happy with this product! It arrived quickly, always a plus. The capsules are not too big so they're easy to swallow. No weird aftertaste. I love using herbs for support but not always a fan of how they taste so having them available in capsule form makes that easy! I have been on this product for 15 days. I normally take prescribed meds for stress and anxiety. I was looking for something different. As of right now, I don't feel the difference I was hoping for but maybe it will take another few weeks.
