The XL suit just did fit me and met my needs. I am 5'10, 230 lbs. (heavy but more chest than waist) 38" sleeve (long arms) and large chest. The chest was tight but manageable, the crotch did separate a very small amount after using two times. According to the size chart none of the sizes would be appropriate for my shape. The suit was used to access a crawlspace to remove floor insulation and kept me comfortable and itch free. I would buy the next larger size next time if needed.

Upon opening the package I was worried the suit would easily tear and fall apart as I even put it on, but surprisingly the material was very strong and flexible. It was easy to move in and provided protection from head to tow, which is exactly what you want in a hazmat suit, I guess. My only issue was the fit. I'm a big guy. 6 feet, 250 lbs and I bought an XL. I struggled just a bit to get the suit on, and was worried I would tear it to shreds before I could even use it, but once it was on it fit perfectly. Had I known this going in, I would have gotten a 2XL, but that's not the manufacturer's fault. I would absolutely buy this suit again.
