We apply these to two Troublesome doors in our home. And they work exactly as described. Applying them to the door was no big deal, however, do not apply them too close to the outside edge of your door or this device will get caught in your door jam. So apply it an inch or two away from your door jam. They're easy to flip up and flip down with your foot. They do not require any athletic ability. And they're very quiet when they flip up and catch the magnet when you flip them down and they hit the floor.

We bring in groceries, laundry, and other things in from the garage. I have a heavy fire door for my garage. So when it closes shut there's some weight behind the slam and the little magnet would 'sometimes' not hold the doorstop up. The wifey quickly fixed that with some Velcro. Quick n easy. We're super happy with this little device. Been working well for over 2 years now. Glad I bought it.Note to manufacturer. Include Velcro strips for people who don't want to use the magnet.... Otherwise it's great.

I like it a lot except the rubber foot falls off. I bought 12 of them and that’s the only problem, but it should be tight enough to stay on, but they’re none of them are.

I put this on a shed door that opens up onto a small deck. There is a larger than normal space between the door bottom and deck. This works perfectly! It's very adaptable to different gaps and it's easy to operate with the toe of your shoe. No bending over!

I have no idea how this product received such a high rating. I put it on my classroom door at school and it was broke within 2 days. My colleague bought this one & several others like it. They continue to break. They are definitely not made for heavy science classroom doors.

Works but the magnets look nowhere near the photos, it’s just a tiny circular one that’s a bit misaligned too. Not the best quality but works so I’m satisfied.

I purchased two of these door stops for the sleek look. The quality needs to be improved.The install was easy and since I was installing it to a steel gate, I used my own self tapping screws. The stop is powder coated metal. The rubber cap on the end of the flip down leg comes off easily and the magnets do not hold the stop leg when closing the door causing the rubber end cap to fall off. I swapped the magnets with my own super magnet. After making the minor change the stop worked well. If the magnet were changed and the rubber end were to fit better, I would rate it with 4 stars only because the hinge does not seem that high quality
