Ignore first impressions - this does the job perfectly!
A bit skeptical at first as the item had a slightly 'Heath Robinson-ish' look about it and felt a bit flimsy. But - simply put - it does the job. In fact, it's brilliant - and, so far, proving great value. The paper is not only held firmly on four sides, but is pressed on to an edge that seems to consist of sandpaper or at least a strip of glued-on sand for extra grip. OK, a few particles of sand come off and, unless you're careful to brush them away, can end up on the board and make tiny indentations on the paper - but that's a very minor niggle.Overall then, this provides a no-frills fix for the paper-stretching issue - and with very little paper 'wasted' - unlike those 'hammer-in strips and fold over' systems available elsewhere. So, a recommendation without reservation (other than the minor comments above) and worth five stars.

Basic but adequate.
quite basic, just plywood, some velcro and some clips, but it does the job reasonably well. I use a rubber squeegee blade to flatten/stretch the wet paper out before locking it in, and it's been fine.Perhaps be a little cautious not to overwet/overstretch the paper as I did have one piece tear at a clamped down edge as it dried. Wasn't amazing paper quality though, and possibly could have been avoided if I'd positioned the clips a little better.
