Waaaaayyyy too small An XXL = M
I ordered an XXL, as the description advised to "order one size up." The XXL is probably equal to an American Medium or Large. However, it's a very nice hoodie, and the kodama look great, so I will re-gift it to someone smaller in my life. (For what it's worth, I'm 6-2, 225lbs and athletic, and all US hoodies in XL fit nice and loose. This "XXL" was teeny.)
