Amazing little package with a punch. I had a Miropure Muscle Stimulator for years - it still works but this one is much better. The battery life is fantastic for the price. It's about the size of a Nokia brick phone. Very light and solid design. I used it over night on my bum knee and it actually feels about 10% better today. I love it - relieves pain while sleeping for sure. Hopefully it'll last. The additional pads you can get are decent priced compared to others. The pads are also fabulous. Take care of them properly and you get many uses. Absolutely recommend this unit.

First and foremost, the battery life is excellent! It says 20 hours of continuous use, and I've gotten at least that if not more. I charge it every 2-3 days of use, and use it 6-10 hours a day. It can run in 10 minute increments up to 90 minutes (default is 20) or "C" for continuous (stays on until you turn it off or battery dies). I've only used it for my lower back, it helps ease the pain while I work. It has 24 different settings with 30 intensity settings. The first 3-4 are useless IMO because I can't even feel the pulses until at least 4, I've had it to max a couple times to test it and it's pretty strong. There's only a few massage settings I use, there is room for improvement in that department. I found one that feels like a rolling pin going up/down on my back (massage setting #4). The pads...well, they claim you can get 45 uses out of them; if they would stay on your skin that long you probably could. I used the long pads about 2 weeks, by the end of the first I was pulling glue from my skin and clothing, about the same with the small ones. They work great to deliver the electric pulses, but really don't stay on your skin very well, they stick to your clothing though. Oh, they don't adhere to anything if they get wet, so if you sweat, they'll fall off, does on me anyway. You get 8 pads (4 pair) with the TENS unit, 4 big, 4 small. I've had it a month and am still using the ones it came with. The plug-in connection is also great. I bought my wife a TENS with the snap on pads, they disconnected every now and then while wearing, the plug in type that these have work great. After wearing and tugging on them all day, the leads and pads have never unhooked from each other. The TENS unit itself is FANTASTIC, the pads...they work. Order more pads when you get down to your last pair or two.

I have bad pain in my back and deal with it with pain killers but this tens unit helps a great deal. The pain relief is well worth the price of the unit. It’s lightweight and I’m able to just put in my pocket. I miss the belt clip that the old one had but it isn’t a deal breaker. I had an older one for years but decided to upgrade to this one. This one works great and I haven’t had any issues. I really like the shorter cords and having more options to chose from. I only liked one option on my older one but this one has many options that give me relief. If you have pain and you’re able to use these units, I highly recommend it.

If you want a user friendly TENS with high intensity options, this is the unit for you. It comes with several accessories (extra pads, an extra lead, pad holders, very nice case). There are many preset programs to choose from that simulate acupuncture, cupping, and massage. It comes fully charged. It did relieve my back pain Unfortunately, this unit doesn't allow for different modes on the two channels; you can only set different intensities (there's a different Auvon unit that does allow for different modes, but not this one). There's also no pulse rate or width information for the different programs, so you have to cycle through all of them. I doubt the EMS settings are effective and conform to current recommendations for effective muscle contraction (since there's no rate or width info there's no way to tell). I also doubt that the other settings conform to pulse rate and width recommendations for many ailments like arthritis and you certainly can't use it to do any VNS. But, if you want something affordable and very portable with lots of extra supplies to give you a nice massage, this will work.

Everyone should have this. Reliable, and long battery life. I feel it helps me when I pull a muscle. Lightweight, you can wear while walking, shopping or around the home. I would buy again or buy for a friend who has back issues, and can deal with electronic device. It isnt hard to figure out, but some ppl have a block! It is powerful even tho so tiny.

I've had this for three months and use it at least daily, sometimes three times a day. I cannot tell a significant difference between this and the TENS machine my chiropractor charges $65 for, especially when combined with a large heat/ice gel pack. The massage and stimulator features are good, too. It was a little tricky to set up on by back (myself) for the first couple of tries but it's no big deal now, and very easy to set up on another person. The pads have held up through multiple treatments. I've replaced them once so far with the extra pads included and purchased additional pads at a reasonable price. The treatments, combined with stretches, have helped with lower back pain from a herniated disk and sciatica. The included case for this unit is an added bonus. A minor complaint is having to click through each level of the six different options. For example, if I want to change from the TENS cupping feature (levels 5-8) to the massage feature (levels 21-24) I have to click through 13+ levels. It does, however, stay on a level between uses and that is helpful. I highly recommend this unit.

The device stopped working in less than 4 months, and the seller said there’s no warranty. Very disappointing experience. Cheap quality and no customer support. I don’t recommend this product at all — better to buy from a trusted
