This company sucks.
My wife purchased Synoshi on Amazon. It came with round brush head. She also purchased the coned brush head. I then purchased the sponge and scrubbing pad accessories but it didn't have a head in the box. I called Synoshi to find out where I could buy a head and for 20 minutes went around in circles with their support person that heads come with the pads and scotchbrite pads. Mine didn't which I knew but was told they couldn't help me and that I'd have to rebuy the product to get the head. How can I rebuy the same product from the same vendor to get the head used with the sponge/scotchbrite if it is not offered? This company is just terrible and so is their support.

Now that I'm aware of what attachment/sponge type works best for which surface, I find any opportunity to use my Synoshi. The scourer pads are great for cleaning my oven, dishes with baked on food, and BBQ utensils. The soft yellow sponge is great for glass surfaces like in the shower.
