I have oily, acneic, red and inflammed skin. Many foods make it more red and inflammed, which makes everything look worse, and the inflammation actually makes the pores appear larger. I am also at the age where I have to start fighting wrinkles and sagging. I bought another brand of niacinamide, but it formed into little rolls all over my face, of course it could not help my skin like that! It had wax in it, which I thought caused the "pilling" since other products with wax would do the same thing. This brand not only has no wax, it doesn't have unnecessary and possibly harmful fillers to take the place of the "active" good ingredients. The niacinamide is the second ingredient after water, and it also has aloe and hyaluronic acid to plump up the skin with moisture. I have used it for a couple of weeks, and I am happy to say that it really has reduced the redness and inflammation, and has had a mild plumping effect on my skin. My skin really looks better, fresher, and younger because of the reduced inflammation, which just emphasizes all the flaws. The pores are also less noticeable for the same reason. I have not used it long enough to see any other effects such as wrinkle or fine line reduction, or reduction in sagging. I really like the idea that this is a lightweight serum with only the important ingredients, not oily or with silicone, layers well will all my other skin care stuff, and does not cause breakouts!

I have only been using this for about 3 days now, but I already notice a huge difference in the FEEL of my skin. It's much smoother and softer - so much that I can't stop rubbing the back of my hand on my face because I'm so amazed that my skin feels THIS great. My skin does feel a tiny bit firmer in some places too.I can't wait to see how the LOOK of my skin improves within the next 3-4 weeks. I will be turning 33 in a few days, so my skin definitely doesn't have that useful appearance any more. I feel like this is definitely a great investment since it's high-quality and gives fast results.Note: This is NOT a cream, it's a serum, however, the consistency is more like water. I've used serums in the past and they've been gel-like. This is in liquid form. It works great alone, but I prefer to mix 5 drops into my own gel moisturiser. I am using  Garnier Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel-Cream, Grape Water Extract, Vitamin E , which I absolutely adore, so I didn't want to stop using it. This serum mixes great with it and now I can get the benefits of both!Will update after 3-4 weeks with overall results.

It was my first time using it. I didn't see any visible impressive changes like I have seen with over the counter products, like L'Oreal between others. Nevertheless, every skin type is different and what it works for some it doesn't works for others. But I'm not buying it again.Two main reasons:1) When I received the product it came with not instructions. It was NO way to find a real number for Customer Service, neither a real person for that company. I had to call Amazon CSR to help me and they couldn't even find a number where to contact anyone. That really gave me the creeps. Then I finally received their first email where supposedly the instructions where forwarded to me but it was just pure advertisement. After a fourth time try (within a ten days time-frame) to get in touch with a real person, I received a second email in which 25% of it was the instructions in how to use the product and the rest was advertisement. This reason alone is good enough for me to never buy from them again!2) The fact that I wasn't impressed is a good enough reason "to me" not to try it again!

This bottle would never last for 6 months!!!!! Unless you are a baby...the adult face and neck area to use it on is large and therefore the amount in this tiny bottle is barely enough for 2 month never mind 6 mo. Therefore it is not a good value for the price. Otherwise...it could be making a difference but too hard to tell in such a small amount of time.

The bottle is almost empty and I have not seen signs of improvement with the lines any where on the face and neck... It may work for some one younger than I am It does make the face feel soft, not sticky. I will try some thing else before I buy another bottle of this B3 which I was also using it along with the vitamin c

I have been using this for about 5 weeks now and in that time I have seen a definite improvement in the overall looks of my skin on my face. It's got a youthful glow about it that just makes me feel 15 years younger, my wrinkles around my eyes are definitely smoother and my skin has a soft feel about it that was lacking before. I don't usually use anti-aging serums like this but a friend recommended it and I have to say that it turned out to be a great way for me to look and feel years younger. I am certainly going to continue using it if the results continue like this. I'd recommend it to those who want to take charge of their facial skin and looks and who want an affordable option to do so.

Unfortunately did not work at all after several weeks of use. Friend also purchased a bottle at the same time and has not seen any results either.. I was skeptical about this small amount lasting six months and although I used it sparingly my skepticism was justified as I just used the last drop with a few months to go....ditto my friend. It might work as a preventative for skin issues but in our case definitely did not work to correct or improve skin issues.

I have a lot of sun damage and maybe for someone else it may work great, but for me no visible change.
