The Visveil Electric Fireplace has impressive quality for the price. Installing it was simple, though the instructions do forget to mention that you have to remove 4 screws on the side panel to remove the glass. I love that it can be recessed, wall-mounted, or just free-standing for people who need an option. I'm still trying to decide which room to put it in, so currently I've set it on the legs it comes with and it's really sturdy. Once it's mounted into the wall it's gonna look sleek.The flame effects are impressive—customizable colors, intensity, and even the flame size—but I’ll admit, I’m not the type to tweak the colors much. I just set it to something cozy and leave it. One thing I do love, though, is the crystal rock insert. It feels modern and fits the digital nature of the fireplace way better than the log option. Honestly, trying to mimic analog with something so inherently digital doesn’t make sense to me, so I leaned fully into the electronic vibe, and it looks fantastic.The heater works well, keeping the space comfortable without being too noisy. The remote is handy, though I mostly just use the touchscreen so far. The ability to run the flames without heat is a nice touch, especially when you just want the ambiance. Overall, it’s low-maintenance, cozy, and a great way to add some warmth if you don't have a real fireplace.

The flames dance, jump, and flicker. We put it on our living room and it’s hard to pay attention else! The attention to detail is impeccable, making it hard to believe that these flames are not the real deal. My Main take aways are:1. The flames are great. They have a ton of different preset colors to choose from. I like the white the best. You can also adjust the flame height.2. The heat blower is really powerful. The couch is about 7 feet back and I can feel the warmth when I turn it on. It’s also independent of the flames. You can have a roaring fire visual without it getting too hot in the room.3. This thing is massive. It’s really well built. I would recommend moving it with two people.4. The timer function is nice. We use it a lot so we don’t accidently forget to turn it off.5. The remote brings it all together. Is fairly simple and not very big. It’s nice changing the settings from the couch.6. It comes with a wall mount already on the back. We currently just use the included floor stand but we plan on recessing the wall and giving it a permanent home.In conclusion, this thing is awesome! It’s realistic flames, sleek design, and powerful heating are exactly what we were looking for. It’s more than just a heater, it really can make a room stand out!TIP! The instructions say the glass cover slides out, it doesn’t that easy. You first have to remove the 4 silver screws on each side. It’s really simple but it’s not obvious you have to do it.

So far, working great. Instructions just to get the packing off the fireplace was a bit convoluted, however after that, putting it in was fairly straightforward. It is quite, a looks great. Wish the high feature was a little stronger but it does take the chill out of the room on a cool night. Happy with purchase.

I really like this fireplace. It arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to install and set up. I like that you can change all of the colors to the flame and have different brightnesses. touch controls on the front panel is a nice touch. I also like all of the mounting options they provide. I wish there was a mobile app I could connect to my phone to control it wirelessly instead of using the remote control. The fan motor is a little bit too loud for my liking, but the TV will drown that out.
