We were looking for a small office chair mat as our new house has concrete floors. This mat fit perfectly in front of the small desk we have. It came rolled up and the instructions said to lay it flat with heavy objects on top for 24 hours. We did that and the next day we were able to remove the heavy items and put the office chair on it. My son likes to play video games so he is at the computer daily and has had no trouble with this mat since we put it down. Since it's clear, you can barely tell its even on the floor and my concrete is protected. We are very happy.

Just a piece of clear frosted plastic. Not particularly thick or heavy. Definitely need to use the stickers that come with it to stick it to the floor otherwise it just slides around the floor with the chair (though I am reading when we do eventually try and get those stickers off the floor...). Takes a while for the plastic to actually lie flat from where it comes in the roll and after 4 months it still doesn't lie completely flat. IT still has a few wrinkles. Effective though, has stopped the office chair from scratching the floor. Hasn't cracked. Probably wouldn't buy again, but absolutely fine for now. Pretty good value

This mat effectively shields my marble floor from damage caused by plastic chair wheels. However, a drawback is that when dirt accumulates underneath, removing the mat is necessary. Unfortunately, the adhesive stickers lose their effectiveness and cannot be reapplied to the floor, resulting in frequent sliding issues.

Product is substandard, very thin. It was shipped rolled up which was strange to me, all chair mats that I have used in the past were too thick to roll. Followed instructions to try and get it flat again, said to lay weight on it for 24 hour. I had weights on it for 5 days while I was out of town. Needless to say, the rolled edges never came out. Edges remained lifted appropriately 1” around entire perimeter and now is a trip hazard. Next issue is it cam with large, rubber non-slip buttons that are put on the bottom. The buttons are over 1” diameter and show up as large white circles through the clear mat. This is my first ever product review as I typically just count these as a loss but in this case, the product will not meet its intended use. DO NOT BUY! UPDATE: So apparently the white dots are not pads, they are adhesive stickers designed to hold the mat down like double sided tape. Never seen this before on Chair Mats. So if you are looking for a sheet of plastic that you tape down to the floor then this product is for you., It is not for me.

Works after it lays flat from being rolled up tight

These mats look real good on my laminate floors. They allow the color of the flooring to show through, almost invisible. It's taken a few days for them to lay fully flat after being rolled up tightly.
