Thank you for your interest in Tork products. It appears you are interested in installing a dispenser directly into the wall. This model is a manual roll towel dispenser that attached to the wall (not in it). If you are looking for a recessed Image model for placing into the wall, that would be Tork sku 461023 (Not 461022) There is a dispenser installation manual that can be downloaded from Torkusa.com and is also available inside each dispenser box from the factory. This shows the size and location of the framed opening required for this dispenser in more details but the frame opening would need to be 14.5" wide and 19" tall centered in the 16" between studs. The recessed unit with bin is Tork 309051 and available on Amazon (ASIN B07R4X6VPN) if you are looking for the full system. If you are interested in just a stainless steel roll towel dispenser, you may want to look at Tork 661102.

The Tork Matic hand towel dispenser is often called an “autocut” roll towel dispenser. It is operated mechanically (without batteries, electronics, or sensor). To dispense a paper towel, the user grasps the end of the towel that is visible at the bottom of the dispenser, and pulls. The action of pulling the end of the towel causes the mechanism inside the dispenser to rotate and cut the towel into a 9.5” sheet length. Please let us know if you require additional information.
