I was so excited to get this and I received the package today. Opened the box and was absolutely DISGUSTED!!! I clearly received someone else’s return and damaged product. The glasses are all scratched, the cord is damaged, and the laser device is dirty and damaged. I am so grossed out. I will be returning this immediately.Where is the quality control???!!! I've been using this for a few months regularly and I have noticed a big decline in hair growth. It's just that you have to be very consistent with it and keep touching up even when you don't notice hair growth because it will regrow. I would've loved something a little stronger, since I use it at the highest setting already. The only downside is mine gets stuck sometimes and doesn't flash when it's on the automatic flash setting. I have to reboot it to get it to work. I think for the price point it's worth the money, it's just that it gets exhausting to do this if you're wanting to do bigger areas on your body so maybe it's better to just go get it professionally done.
