Does the job, but very severe..
Basically does the job, but very severe rip, not really appropriate if you're doing a full booklet, you would have to do only a couple pages at time, and the severity of the deckle causes the pages to stick together. Some recommend dampening the page before tearing, this would be very time intensive doing a booklet as each page must then dry. Additionally doing the pages independently means the deckle is scattered and different for each page.. maybe an effect you want, maybe not. Tool seems appropriate for single use pages in some instances. YMMV
