I cant speak on the long term for this but, packaging was nice. Dissolving in water is kinda hard, it clumps. But I just drink the clumps no biggie really. I read some people put directly into mouth so I tried that it just turns into a sticky ball in your mouth which is sorta unpleasant but doable. Tastes like sweet powdered milk. Dissolves better mixed with my fiber product I take at the same time just fyi! So if you already take something like that I recommend mixing them in the same drink!

The flavor is good and texture is fine. I did notice an effect on nails and hair. I would keep using this brand but it’s not affordable.
