This patio set is stylish, comfortable, and made of excellent quality. It was easy to arrange and instantly updated the look of my patio. I am very happy with this purchase! I highly recommend.

We bought the 8 piece unit. It took 2 of us about an hour to fully sort and assemble. We both felt instructions were quite clear. Units are solid and look great. I am considering the 4 piece unit to complete the area. My only reservations with this unit is that although the cushions are comfortable, they are quite light in weight and the wind nocks the backrests over. I would recommend this unit!

My top priorities in looking for outdoor furniture were: (1) Durability. My husband is a largely-built human, so he needs more support than the average human. (2) Cost. (3) Functionality. I wanted something I could reconfigure, move, etc. This product is decent, but not wholly as advertised. Only just put it together and outside, so will try to update review later, after more time. (1) Durability -- I got this piece because the pictures show the underlying structure as having at least 4 metal supports, placed diagonally. (Although, I thought all the lattice structure shown underneath each seat was all metal. It's not. The square lattice is just more of the un-enforced rattan.) However, the product I received has only 2 metal supports per seat. I'll have to update this review after we've had it out for a while. I have many dogs who have already taken a liking to this, so they - along with my husband - will put it to the test. Though I do give the furniture a fair chance and keep it covered with at least a blanket (when it's not going to rain) to protect it from the dogs' toenails. So, ultimately, I'm not pleased with the product pictures advertising something that was not provided, but I'll give it a chance. Reserving full judgement, but for right now - because I did not get what was advertised - 5/10 stars for this factor. (2) Cost -- It's decent for the price. I had to get over the initial sticker shock of outdoor furniture, in general. Having not shopped for it before, I didn't expect it to be so expensive, but it seems these prices are normal. I chose something that was still modestly priced, so I'll see if I ultimately "get what I pay for." 7/10 stars for this factor. (3) Functionality -- I like the ability to reconfigure the pieces. I like to lounge, so being able to double up the seats to make a "bed" of sorts is nice. But then having the ability to turn it back into a regular couch is good. Full marks on this factor, 10/10. Other notes -- Easy enough to put together. But don't even try to mess with the dinky allen wrench they provide -- it will take you forever if you do it that way. Instead, get an allen wrench attachment for a drill. The instructions were clear enough. I would recommend doing as I did and laying out all your pieces beforehand, figure out what letter they are (per the instructions) and label them. Many of them look alike and it did take me a minute to distinguish them. (Hint: sometimes it's just a little foot at the bottom that's different, or a screw hole is on the left vs the right.) Figuring them out before you go to assemble will save you loads of frustration, I guarantee it. I did as another reviewer suggested and got a water-resistant fake Christmas tree storage bag to store the cushions in when not in use. It fits them all pretty well and keeps them together, so I think that was a good idea.

Loved that all 3 boxes came at the same time. Son put it together , by himself, over the course of two days, wasn't difficult at all. The set is beautiful. Wish cushions were thicker, but they are still nice. Love the storage table and the hidden storage compartment on bottom of table.All six cushions fit in the storage, and the table and storage unit come with a cover. Nice surprise! Sturdy, comfortable,and looks great on my patio.

A BEAUTIFUL SET!!! Not too difficult to put together. Set comes with a ratcheting allen wrench 🤯 a TOTAL game changer! If you've ever assembled anything with an allen wrench you know what a pain they are! Cushions aren't super thick but quite comfortable. I lost a small part while assembly and the company immediately sent me a replacement. Now we'll see how it holds up in my desert heat 🤞🏻 Found a set of covers for $25 too!

I purchased the KROFEM 8-Piece Outdoor Patio Set from GLdesign, and it turned out to be the most frustrating buying experience I’ve had in nearly a decade of online shopping. The product arrived damaged—torn cushions, stripped screw holes, flimsy materials, and multiple defective or missing parts. Assembly was a nightmare. It was clear the set was poorly manufactured and not remotely worth the price. When I contacted the seller to request a return, they offered me $50 to keep the broken furniture. I even tried to be reasonable and proposed a compromise: a $200 refund plus replacement parts to avoid the cost and hassle of a full return. That request was ignored. Eventually, I was instructed to return the item—only to discover that shipping it back via UPS would cost over $1,200, more than the item itself. I was told I would be reimbursed for the return, so I paid out of pocket and sent it back. Even after providing full documentation, tracking numbers for all three boxes, shipping receipts, and multiple follow-ups, I had to chase resolution for weeks. The seller was evasive, and the process was incredibly time-consuming—over 11 calls and 11+ hours of my time just to get a refund for a damaged product I didn’t want and paid to return. The furniture is low quality, but the real issue is the lack of accountability and professionalism from the seller. If anything goes wrong with your order, expect silence, stalling, and a painful claims process. Avoid this product and seller. Spend a little more for quality and peace of mind.

Great value for the price! The quality is very decent for the money. Assembly was not difficult — my wife put it together by herself in about 2 hours. Delivery was fast, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, we’re very happy with this purchase!

Me dio cosa comprarlo porque el proveedor es extranjero. Me arrepentí cuando no llego a los 7 días que venia anunciado como Prime. Tardo una semana más pero valió la pena la espera completamente. Lo arme junto con un amigo y nos tardamos unos 60 min, el instructivo viene muy a detalle como si fuera LEGO. Incluye una llave tipo matraca de metal pero pequeña, hace la chamba pero es muy tardado, use mejor un atornillador inalámbrico y lo armamos de volada. Solo un asiento venia ligeramente descuadrado al momento de unir dos piezas diferentes y los tornillos no coincidían con las perforaciones, pero no causo ningun inconveniente y a la vista ni se nota. Muy comodo, se me muy estetico y el color gris azulado de los cojines y las bases negras hacen muy buen contraste, MUY RECOMENDABLE!

No es lo que prometen no se fijan, y están muy incómodos

Muy bonita sala para exteriores, solo que los cojines no son tan gruesos. El armado costo un poco de trabajo, pero valió la pena el esfuerzo.
