My New Staple for Effortless, Refreshing Caffeine-Free Drinks
ITO EN Japanese Barley Tea is a revelation for tea lovers who crave simplicity and flavor! Whether hot or cold, this tea brews like a dream—no fuss, no bitterness, just smooth, toasty perfection. For a quick cold brew, I tossed a bag in a pitcher of water overnight and woke up to crisp, refreshing sips with a nutty aroma. Hot brewing is just as easy: steep for 2-3 minutes, and you’ve got a cozy, roasted flavor that’s both earthy and subtly sweet. The versatility is unmatched. I’ve sipped it iced on sweltering days (it’s even better with a lemon wedge) and enjoyed it hot as a caffeine-free evening wind-down. The clean, robust taste never feels artificial—just pure roasted barley goodness that’s light enough for all-day hydration yet rich enough to satisfy cravings.I’m obsessed with how convenient and economical it is. One bag makes a whole pitcher, and the flavor stays bold even after hours. Plus, the caffeine-free formula means my kids can enjoy it too! No added sugars, no mess, just wholesome, delicious tea that pairs perfectly with meals or solo sipping. If you want a healthy, adaptable drink that’s as easy as water, this barley tea is a pantry essential. Five stars for being the unsung hero of my hydration routine!

ITO EN Japanese Barley Tea Kaori Kaoru - A Refreshing Taste of Japan
As a fan of Japanese culture and beverages, I recently had the pleasure of trying the ITO EN Japanese Barley Tea Kaori Kaoru, and it's safe to say that it left a lasting impression.First and foremost, the packaging exudes elegance and simplicity, which is characteristic of many Japanese products. The tea bags are individually wrapped, ensuring freshness and convenience. The design reflects the attention to detail that is synonymous with Japanese craftsmanship.Upon brewing, the aroma is what truly stands out. The "Kaori Kaoru" (fragrance and flavor) aspect of this tea lives up to its name. The scent is subtly nutty and earthy, evoking a sense of tranquility and comfort. It's a wonderful departure from typical herbal teas and a delightful journey into the world of roasted barley.Taste-wise, this barley tea is both soothing and refreshing. It has a mild, toasty flavor profile with just a hint of sweetness, making it a perfect companion for both warm and cold servings. It's worth noting that this tea is naturally caffeine-free, which makes it suitable for sipping throughout the day or in the evening without any concerns about sleep disruption. The ITO EN Japanese Barley Tea Kaori Kaoru is not just a delightful beverage; it also boasts potential health benefits. Barley tea is known for its antioxidants and potential digestive aid properties. While it may not be a miracle elixir, it certainly adds to the appeal of this tea as a health-conscious choice. However, there's one caveat to be aware of: the tea bags are on the small side, and if you prefer a stronger brew, you might need to use multiple bags or steep them for a longer time. This isn't a major issue, but it's something to keep in mind if you enjoy a bolder flavor. In conclusion, ITO EN Japanese Barley Tea Kaori Kaoru is a delightful and aromatic tea that offers a genuine taste of Japan. Whether you're a seasoned tea connoisseur or just someone looking to explore new flavors, this tea is worth a try. My favorite. It just makes water 10,000 times better. Soft, mellow, round, faintly sweet flavor that's very full-bodied. Barley, yum.

Amazing product. Great price too!
The media could not be loaded. This tea is a Japanese staple tea and we drink it in our household every single day. From babies to adults We enjoy this hot or cold. It has a very distinct taste that is very delicious. Don’t knock it until you try it! It is easy to use, you just take one packet of the tea into a pot of boiling water and boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoying it piping hot is one of our favorite ways to drink it but you can also chill it or drink it at room temperature. The price is amazing and it is even cheaper than getting it from the Asian market. It is refreshing and the quality is one of the best! Ito en Is a popular tea company that everyone knows of in Japan so this product is the best of the best. Recommend it all the way around 100.

Wonderful
I love barley tea , they’re big sachets so you can just put one in cold water in a 2 liter pitcher overnight and then remove it for some great barely iced tea , the taste is that of malty hay and a slight molasses flavor if you steep it for longer , I’ve had it hot and I wouldn’t recommend it personally. , I think it is much better cold brewed
