2.5 stars. These door knobs and locks were a little tricky to install. The lock cylinder stick a lot and make it aggravating to lock or unlock. There was one knob that the threads for the long bolts are not cut properly and it would not accept the bolt no matter what we tried. We eventually gave up and put the old door knob back on. It was the last item from the set we installed and we are not going to bother returning it becaus etbat would mean removing 3 full sets and putting our old knobs back in. Super dissapointed. We were looking forward to having all of our seat be keyed the same. These are just not quality. I wish I would have paid more for a better set but we were on a budget and in a hurry at the time.

For the price I paid I thought I was getting a cheap, low quality lockset comparable to kwikset brand.I was very wrong, these locksets are high quality, and very well made.I'm a general contractor who has installed at least 100 locksets of many different brands.I put these on my own home because I was looking for an inexpensive way to have 3 doors with the same key.I was surprised of the quality.2 months later I'm writing to tell you that these locks are very good quality, sturdy, and feel good in your hand.I 100% recommend this item.

Absolutely the cheapest worst quality lock set.30 years in industrial maintenance and took me all day to install 3. Key sticks in lock, hard to turn , dead bolt drags and very poor quality. Save yourself a lot of headaches. Don’t buy this one even if it’s free!!

So I needed three identically keyed door knobs with lock sets. I also wanted three deadbolts. The Doorknobs are fine, the deadbolts each came with two locking assemblies but no inside turn button/levers.I am guessing these were improperly packed.I am trying to figure out how to get just the inside turn levers now.

I love the product and how I don't have to have 8 different keys.

All of these locks are nothing but TROUBLE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Totally useless, handle lock works fine, double deadbolts, all 3defective didn’t work at all, just had a carpenter try to install them. Yes I know the time window has closed

Instructions were clear, and they fit into my doors just fine. My only complaint was one double deadbolt was defective.The two other door locks worked to satisfaction, but the third one was crooked on the inside. (I think it was used before because it came kind of rusted and with scratches).

While the doorknobs seem okay, the deabolt hardware is unuseable. I tried replacing the deadbolt in my garage door but the hardware is too short.
