Added the right step to my home made super hot pepper sauce
Added the right step to my home made super hot pepper sauce. I waste less of the hot peppers now, and get more in to the sauce. It does a step that none of the blenders I have tried were able to do.

This is a necessity to have in your kitchen. Easy to use and to clean. I use it for all my veggies. Highly recommended everyone to buy one.

Really not what I expected
Stainless Steel Food Mill with 3 Blades by Acea I am in the middle of the canning season, and thought I would find an upgrade for my food mill. The stated "3 quart" capacity and 3 blades seemed like a good fit. Well, I cannot figure out how 3 quarts would fit in this food mill, and the construction seems cheap and flimsy. It seems highly unlikely that this would hold up to apples or other firm fruit. It also seems likely that there could be metal wear from the holes in the blades which could end up in the food.I'll be returning this.

Unit is smaller than I had anticipated. It would be helpful to list diameter of bowl on the website. I've had a larger version for years and have been very satisfied with it.
