This Stuff Works Great. But Don't Believe All The Trumped Up Reviews As I'm Sure Most Of Them Are Fake. Anyways, Taken as recommended (3caps 3x Daily) By The End of the day they're gone. I have an internal one that's persistent and probably going to have to go to the Dr to get removed. At First it was manageable especially with Hem Relief and still is to a large degree but Hem Relief 911 IS NOT AN END ALL CURE ALL. Your Body WILL get resistant to it after about 5 Days. Then you'll have to take a week or 2 off for them to start working again. IT DOES WORK for itching pain, Internal, External. What i've learned is to take 6 Caps right off the bat then 4 caps every 6 hours for the 1st day. Then take 3 caps 3x a day. If you're suffering from the occasional Roid these will bring relief fast and should be your "go to" to replace all the creams and suppositories you get over the counter. Within the 1st day of taking these its like the roid was never even there. I mean, its like Magic, Seriously. People on here saying they've suffered for years til they got on a regimen of HEM RELIEF and have now been Roid free for years is total hogwash so don't believe the hype. THEY DO WORK GREAT FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF - Up To A Week. If your symptoms are acute then this stuff can knock it out on day one and by the time the healing process is done you're good. But those with long term troubles, Sorry, they will help tremendously for a 5-7 day period but they WILL NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM In The Long Term. I Still Give It 5 Stars Bc Its Like Magic although I should Give it 1 Star to help balance out the average.

It really works, but unfortunately for me, it had a side effect. I believe it's the horsetail chestnut leaf that acts like a diuretic, which means you will be running to the bathroom more than usual. Please don't let that stop you from trying it. That might not happen to everyone. This really is a good product. I couldn't believe the relief in just one day. I only took half the dosage they recommended and it still worked.
