Sent defective product
The product arrive, tried to charge it, it could never hold a charge. I noticed that there was a slight rattle coming from inside. I shook the device and it appeared that there was something maybe loose or broken. It came like this inside the shipping box (was not dropped). Someone dropped this somewhere and still tried to sell it/ send it to the customer!Additionally the plastic is not very sturdy and the product comes in very flimsy cardboard box with no bubble wrap. I assume if it is dropped, product very easy for pieces of plastic to break off, product become damaged.

Used item sold as new
I'd never buy from this company. I purchased 2. One worked one was doa. Both had the product labels removed. This company is a scam not to be trusted.

The first one ordered was used and flesh light did not work. 2nd one flesh light worked but not taser function
