For the most part we don't have issues. Sometimes there is nothing in the capsule which is super annoying. Most of our supplements are Thorne.

I just love Thorne... This vitamin d three is great because it's not a super high potency, and the capsule form is much easier for me and my family to take particularly because it is a capsule. Might be a little more expensive than some others. In general, I think that this product is superior to other d3s. Subjective...yes... although we've tried many companies.

I like these capsules because they are small and easy to swallow!

So far it is effective, I think I will continue with it.
