I can open jars!
This is a great product and I’ve definitely noticed improvements in my grip and finger strength. I have always struggled opening jars and it’s shocking how much easier it is after a few hand exercises a day. The guide that comes with is very helpful!

Pnrskter hand grip strengthener is a great tool for improving grip strength and relieving hand fatigue. It’s compact and easy to use, though I wish the higher resistance levels were a bit more challenging. Overall, it’s a solid product for hand and forearm workouts.

I have arthritis, and the round grippers are great for strength training and stretching my fingers open. My limitations, I can't use the finger stretches.

USE WHEN WALKING
I keep the big rings in my jacket pocket and use them out walking. Otherwise, I wouldn’t spend enough time to get a workout. I’m gradually regaining strength in my grip

説明の写真に、80代ぐらいの高齢者写真が掲載されてるが、「これじゃあ無理じゃないの?」と思う。オモチャと考える強度では無い。高齢者リハビリとか、なんらかの原因で力が入りにくいとか言う方にも不適な気がする。しかし、特に指に嵌めるほうは、パッキン筋肉な人には弱いかと思うレベルではある。そういう中途半端なレベルなんで、中年の筋トレとかにはナガラで出来るレベルとも言える。自分は腕を痛めたリハビリに。高齢者では無いんで、ソコソコの強度で良い感じである。

After a serious break from a boxing injury I used these for post surgery rehab and I believe it greatly helped me regain function and strength in my hand.

Absolutely awesome to use. Once you get used to the weight you can use them and forget you’re wearing them. I would still recommend the style that attaches to your wrist over these but definitely a solid product. Would be nice if the item had the resistance graded as each one is different in the pack. Lighter colours are easier and darker are harder (I think).

Unfortunately no information comes with the item on the hardness degree or anything like that.

I thought I would try and see if I could strengthen my fingers. Too painful at the base of the thumb to be able to use. I can see it would help if it wasn't too painful to use. The donut for strengthening the finger grip works fine. Just can't use it too much as the arthritis at the base of the thumb causes a lot of pain.
