Great grill for the price
I usually don't review products but I really love this grill. Came well packed and undamaged. It has a lot of pieces and takes awhile to assembly but not hard at all. The instructions have steps inside the steps (just follow the numbers, start with 1 then 2 etc.) Very nice features, the removable drip pan is nice. Can't see how it would fall apart. Side burners are great. Seams pretty sturdy to me for a movable BBQ. I upgraded to the stainless grates which are very nice. Like the dial lights- great touch. The grill gets very hot- perfect. Not to bag on the people who gave bad reviews but here are a few of my thoughts. BBQs catch on fire- it's what they do. You need to watch what you are cooking and be in control, especially when grilling fatty meats. Blaming the grill for a grill fire makes you look like a novice. I'm not going to say I've never had a grill fire, I've had plenty. Just saying control your own fire. As for stainless. When you overheat stainless it will loose it's wonderful stainless properties. The result is rust, unfortunately. The paint and stainless look pretty good on this grill and I have not had an issue. All in all a great grill for the money. I know mine will end up very burnt and dirty and I can see using this grill for years to come.

Very good value.
I've had the opportunity to cook on it three times so far. Each time the grill has made me look good. The rib eyes turned out perfectly and the burgers last night were awesome. It fires up quickly and cooks really well. I experienced even heat distribution with minimal flare up. Overall the build was fairly easy with the exception of the side burner flex tubes. They're a little stubborn but will submit and mount in their space. Once assembled it has a look of a much more expensive grill. The lighted dials are a show off but adds a touch of class. I've already had complements on it. Time will be the ultimate judge but for now I feel that I've made the best choice at that price point. If you're looking for an inexpensive grill that has good looks as well as a quality fire box this is the one for you.

so far very nice grill
Bought this over the 4th of July sale on amazon, got a fantastic price. it shipped fast, arrived in good shape. was easy to assemeble. everthing about this grill is great,,, it cooks evenly , cooks with lid up or down, unlike some that you have to have the lid closed. Heats easily to 600 degrees so it works perfectly for baking artisan breads and pizza. side burner also heats fast even while cooking on the grill at the same time the side burner heated water quickly to boil fresh corn. It came with a free rotissorrie that worked perfectly for cooking whole chickens,,, cooked two on the left side of the grill and used only the right side burners. They cooked evenly and browned up beautifully. first impression is very high marks. I will do an up date next spring to list any problems after some ware and tare, give it time to show its true long term colorsupdate: july 4th 2020,,, grill is still working as well has it did when I bought it. rotissorie still work fine, still great for baking bread, baking pizza, grilling steak, burgers, chicken , hot dogs, etc. this grill stays outside all summer with a gorilla cover(also a great product). I had to clean the stainless exterior twice, I thought it was tarnish/rust, but some soap and wqter and it cleaned right up, good as new. I see some customers have had rusting, I haven't had any rusting what so ever, but I do keep it clean, covered and put it in a storage shed during the winter. Two years in and I still really like it,,, bought it july 3 2018. thanks

So Far, So Good...
I bought this grill to replace a 15-year-old BBQ Grillware grill that had served me well, but was at the end of its useful life. Since BBQ Grillware is no longer available, I had to buy something else. Based on what I could determine from internet research, as well as looking at grills in the local stores, this Monument Grill seemed to represent a value point on the scale of quality/features vs. price. In terms of features, the grill certainly delivers. It features 4 burners in the main compartment, a warming burner on the side, an option to select either a searing burner or a rotisserie accessory, cast iron grates, and stainless-steel housing. It puts out A LOT of heat. (The instructions even warn you NOT to leave the cover down with the grill on high except during heat up. I suspect this is what happened to the grill shown in the picture associated with one of the comment photos showing stained, rusted metal after 6 months.)In terms of quality, ask me again in 10 years. It’s been good for the first 2 months, but a brand-new grill ought to be. In response to some of the comments, the metal did seem to be a little flimsier than that on my old BBQ Grillware grill, but the “fit and finish” is fine. In conclusion, there are no red flags, but only time will tell. The other comments I want to address involve assembly. I would characterize it as moderately complex. I had help from my adult son, who is very mechanically inclined (he’s an engineer), and he put it together easily in less than two hours. I am not particularly mechanically inclined and probably could have put it together by myself (with the help of another set of hands for a few of the steps), although I would have struggled with it at times and it would have taken me half the day. However, unless you’re totally incompetent with a screwdriver, I wouldn’t let assembly issues deter you.Four stars on price, value, features, and short-term quality, with long-term quality to be determined.

Super high quality, easy assembly, excellent value
I wasn't sure about the brand, but the grill was exceptionally easy to assemble and made of really high quality parts. All the materials are a class above every other grill I've owned. Assembly was way faster than expected, and I was up and running in an hour. Would highly recommend. Oh yeah, it also cooks really well!
