I date myself here but I do remember the popularity of terrariums (and macramé). I loved both back then but haven’t had a terrarium, or any macramé, for many years. Initially, I didn’t do much better with glassed plants than I did with potted ones but when I saw this, and the prettier design of it, I decided to try again with high hopes that my gardening skills have gotten better over the years. I can’t say yet for the long term but so far—fingers are crossed—it’s looking good. Very good. This terrarium is half size, that is, it is a straight back so it can hang on a wall—it would look exceptionally good as part of a gallery wall—or stand on a surface with its back to a wall, You. could even have some scenic wallpaper or contact paper laid against the back of it to provide a sense of distance in a scene you create inside the terrarium. I love that I can have beautiful delicate small plants atop the rocks (actually green, white and clear flat glass marbles bought here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZ7R3KRG). It looks spectacular and far more importantly, my three cats cannot get to the plants. The shape of the terrarium is unique; the size is perfect for creating a small scene or just having a jungle-like profusion of plants. At some point in the future, I am considering a collection of various carnivorous plants that like the moist warm terrarium atmosphere. The terrarium is well made with glass and black metal, and the door, mid way between the top and bottom, opens easily to allow you to not only tend to the plants with ease but to layer the rocks and soil while leaving room for the plants. It also comes with miniature tools and a mister. And it is bringing such joy to me to see . . . happy plants! Highly recommended.

I have literally wanted one of these since I was a child......and I am in my 40s! Tiny greenhouses use to cost well over one hundred dollars...I have actually seen several for $300-$500, so this is a KILLER DEAL! The long wait was totally worth it! As you can see in the pictures, I have yet to commit to a design, however I can tell you that I will incorporate local rocks, vines, and carnivorous plants in hopes of creating a mini fantasy bog of eternal stench! I promise to update this review once I complete the project which I plan to complete in December 2023. The greenhouse is extremely well built as it is made from 100% glass and metal and the hanger allows you to mount from the chain or you may anchor through the two eyelets. No doubt, I WILL buy more products from this supplier!

When this first arrived, I was so excited. It was exactly what I was looking for to house my new pet jumping spiders. I even ordered a second one so I could have a matched set. We set it up and planted a few small terrarium plants, got them hung up, and all was well. For about a week. Today, I was sitting on my couch, watching TV, when the ring that was attached to the terrarium to hang it from broke, and the whole thing came crashing down. Thankfully, it landed flat and it was a short fall, so my spider seems to be a little shaken up, but otherwise unharmed. I've taken down the other one to avoid any possibility of the second falling as well. The picture of the one on the wall is the second one, before I took it down, and the last picture is to show that the terrarium weighs 3lbs 10oz. I will not be buying these again in the future, and would not recommend that anybody who wants a hanging terrarium buys these either, as even with just dirt and plants, it's apparently too heavy for the manufacturing to support. Unfortunately, I will now have to find counter space for them, which was the entire reason for getting hanging ones to begin with.

I've never had a terrarium before. My mother had one when I was a kid many many years ago but I never had one. Since I love plants, nature and natural earthy vibe, I decided to order this and give it a try. I don't have it set up yet. Right now I'm doing research to see how to set it up and once I figure it out, I'll start ordering what I need. For now it's on the floating shelf in my bedroom amongst the plants I have in my room. I love how small this Terrarium is. I can either hang it on the wall or put it on the shelf. No matter where I put it, it'll look great. If you like plants & nature, this is the Terrarium for you. No matter where you set it up, it'll be a statement piece.

The terrarium arrived unscathed and protected by tight fitted Styrofoam. I'm using the terrarium for a pet jumping spider, and I was pleased that the gaps in between the door and the door frame are narrow enough that my adult jumping spider shouldn't be able to escape. The terrarium however arrived filthy with some kind of black oily substance that was a pain to clean off of all the nicks and crannies of the black frame (minus 1 star rating). I didn't want to submerge it in water in case it is prone to rust, or use any harsh chemicals to clean it so as to damage the finish or risk harming my spider by exposing it to toxic substances.

Bought this terrarium and was initially impressed as it seemed well built and well made. Unfortunately is not the case if you have any plans of hanging this. Had some moss and small plants in it as a terrarium and hung it on my wall. Lasted about a week before the loop that holds the chain broke off the terrarium. It fell and broke a planter beneath it. Would not recommend this if you plan on using it as advertised.
