Outstanding earbuds. Great fit, high quality finish and excellent sound and call quality. Very good bass and customisable EQ via the Huawei app. Cannot fault them. I already own Sennheiser TWM 4s and these run them very close for sound quality but absolutely blow them out of the water for call quality. Highly recommend.

Normally after a few days the shortcomings or peccadillos of earbuds appear. Little disconnects or inability to do LDAC without issues. Bad app, poor EQ etc. These Huawei 4 seem to suffer none of the many various issues or annoyances all others do. Only AirPods are as trouble free. Huawei have made a very complete app and the buds are pretty much perfect. They sound great, are stable and comfortable. A tiny critism is the squeeze function is slightly less perfect than AirPods. But it's marginal. The high quality music connection is perfect and the noise cancelling and transparency modes are very good. Apple good.I've tried so many but these are the closest to perfect I've ever used.

My third Huawei audio product, last one was studio cans, this one are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever used came with loads of rubber & silicone tips. You need AI Life app on an android phone and from there U can adjust the settings, noise cancelling, and other stuff, U can learn the gesture as full video guides are in app, you can see it's using LDAC in audio as wellHighly recommended & worth every penny

I bought these Huawei Freebuds 4 Pro earbuds, after my fantastic experience with Freebuds Se2 and all the great online reviews. So, the expectations were probably too high to begin with. Freebuds 4 Pro look super premium with the glossy black finish with golden accents. The case is sufficiently small and looks good, except for that weird sticker (?) on the front. The Huawei branding is actually on the back of the case where the wireless charging is available. The buds are slightly bigger (the bulb part) and easily slip from your fingers while you try to pull them out of the case, due to the glossy finish. The App is average with only a few equalizers available to choose from. This is important as these earbuds sound muddy and bad (for the price) out of the box. But luckily we can create custom equalizers and we have a few good recommendations on reddit. Once, i made the changes in equalizer, these earbuds sound decent. Hopefully, Huawei does some tuning in next firmware upgrade. There are 7 different eartips available in the box, out of which 3 are memory foam. These memory foam eartips gave the best fit and ANC, but I felt the sound wasn't good. I also got ear pain (first time due to earbuds in my experience), so I reverted to silicone eartips and there was no ear pain and sound was good too, but with less ANC. Overall ANC was decently good. Transparency mode has a prominent hissing sound, so I avoid it mostly. There is no spatial audio available, which is atrocious at this price point. The highlight of these earbuds is their call quality, which is the best ever on any earbuds till now. Even if you are in a noisy environment, the other side will just hear your voice and nothing else. Super useful for office calls.

I had issues with getting earphones with decent microphone quality for years. Usually sound quality and noise cancelling are completely fine, but when it comes to calls, my counterpart would hear everything around me, but not myself. This is the first product that is not *the most famous brand* that allows my counterparts to hear me well, even in a noisy environment.Worth every penny.

Arrived a day early from Amazon. Great sound quality on balanced mode. Sound cancelling incredible. Have the original freebuds pro but the battery life has gone terrible having used them every day for 6 hrs at work for a yr and a half. Nice high quality packaging. One downside may be they’ve removed the individual battery life for each earbud, maybe so you can’t see if one is constantly going flat faster than the other.
