Great budget option!
My favorite budget minded water gel! Feels great and smells good too, without being sticky or overwhelmingly fragrant. I use this primarily on my face. I have pretty dry skin and I hate the feeling of lotion, no matter what kind I try it is always greasy and gross but this water gel leaves NO trace of a residue. Also, as with other water gels, a little goes a long way.

Creamy
Like the coverage and it's smooth on skin. Too soon to know if it help my face from damage.

Not Neutrogena HydroBoost
Careful. Says Hydro Boost and pulls up when you search Neutrogena Hydro Boost. This is a cream (not Neutrogena) from an off brand. Look carefully at the picture. Haven't tried it yet, so we'll see.

Doesn’t leave my face oily and greasy. My new favorite face cream.

Highly perfumed
The texture of this gel cream is nice but it's so highly perfumed that I'll never be able to use it. The perfume is Overpowering.

Great Moisturizer
I really like this product. It does a great job keeping my skin hydrated and feels amazing. The fragrance is nice and not overwhelming. I recommend it.

very moisturizing and feels nice on skin!
I really like this moisturizer cream. I got the water gel version - it's still cream texture but it does feel a bit more like "water gel" cream with thick consistency and feels cold but very nice on skin. It's not that sticky as it's more like creamy on skin. I did read the other reviews on the smell - it does have an odor but it's actually been pleasant for me. I'm pretty sensitive to smell and hate any strong odors but this isn't that strong of an odor. I have other skincare products that smells way worse like herbal supplement type but this is more like a perfume smell, floral-like. It doesn't really smell after you wear it on your face anyways so it doesn't bother me personally but I wouldn't recommend it to those that are looking for odorless skincare products.

Made in China
I didn't pay attention! Because I thought I was scanning different sizes and prices of Neutrogena Hydroboost Gel, I didn't realize the product I actually purchased was not Neutrogena. It was made in China; it was highly scented. I can't speak to the product otherwise because I didn't use it. Return was easy; thank you, Amazon.
