Umm well according to my app I fluctuate between heavy and medium snorer! After a couple.og.nights I noticed the guard becomes loose and my tounge had imprints from guard and the opening. Some improvement but definitely didn't stop me snoring

Didn't work for me, the nose dilators did work but popped out during the night , mouth guard is useless and very uncomfortable

Wasn't sure about this gizmo, but as my snoring was getting on my wife's nerves, I tried it. It was very uncomfortable for the first 2 or 3 nights - it nearly got thrown out a couple of times, but I got used to it eventually, though even now, I still can't say I find it comfortable. The odd thing is, now I'm used to it, I'm sleeping better at night, and wake up more refreshed. Oh, the snoring, yeah, that's mostly gone, and my wife says that if I do snore, it's nothing like as bad as it used to be.How does it work? You shape it to your mouth before you first use it (the instructions are clear enough, and if you get it wrong, you can reshape it as often as you need). Then you put it over your teeth at night and that holds your bottom jaw slightly further forward than you would normally have it. This prevents your tongue from falling into the back of your throat, and thereby prevents snoring. I believe there are various similar gadgets on the market, and they work in similar ways.One other thing. I find that it makes me salivate. In order to counter this (and I'm sorry this doesn't sound nice), I take it out after a minute or two, swallow the spit, and put it back in again. Then I go to sleep.Well, it works for me. Difficult to mould around your teeth even when hot. Very uncomfortable. Did not work for me

When u put it in warm water it melts and try put it in your mouth and get bits or plasticy rubber .

My partner is definitely pleased with this product and its comfortable for me so I don't mind at all. Snorelab shows to me objectively that it works also.Easy to mould and set up. Recommended.

This is a very good product and an exceptionally good price. The instructions are clear and easy. I believe it to be better than some more expensive rivals.
