I had been contemplating sleeves for years. Decided to give them a shot. Wore these mtn biking at 80 degrees, cling trails in the mtns. There were absolutely amazing. I was sweating my balls off, but my arms felt amazingly cool and comfortable.

i work doing deliveries all day so during summer time its a way better option than putting on sun screen a few times throughout the day! i bought a few for the week i found them comfortable and breathable. And i will have them on for about 10 hours a day. And washablePs make sure you hang dry!!

Would have liked to leave a 5 rating...but the sizing is off somewhat . I went by the sizing chart pictured to the left as recommended and purchased a large . The bicep measurements were within range but I was just under in the wrist for a large so I went with the bicep. The bicep fits nicely but the arm and wrist are more loose than I would like which is what I was concerned with when I bought them. I am 6'3" and 177 lbs with a 13" bicep. I put this because I wish more ppl would! The quality seems nice right out of the pkg. and the length is great for my long arms at 17 inches. A highly rated brand I bought previously on Amazon has only a 14" length. So I will keep them and If they get any more loose, I will use them for calf sleeves. By the way..the sizing chart printed on the pkg. that they came in is different than the picture on Amazon listing. They would have come much closer to a perfect fit if the size on the pkg. was actually accurate.

first let me say SONTHIN is Awesome !!! their customer service is outstanding and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers.....they answer emails lightning fast....after getting frustrated with the Amazon web return system to send a size back to get a larger size I contacted SONTHIN directly....all I wanted was a size larger....well not only are they sending a size larger they are sending it for free....again all I wanted was to return one size for a larger size they did not have to that....as for the Arm Sleeves they are just as AWESOME !!!....I suffer from carpal tunnel and arthritis in both my arm's and the braces I was prescribed by my Dr make it very hard to grab or pick things up with them on & at night my arms still go numb....so after wearing a compression sleeve on my knee I thought I would give these a try on my arms and boy am I glad I did....not only was there almost instant pain relief after putting them on I woke up this morning with no numbness for the first time in 3 years I couldn't believe it it was amazing.....just amazing....after a couple minutes of wearing them you will forget you have them on they are so comfortable....I am also very warm all the time and was afraid they would make me sweat but they actually keep me cooler....I'm just amazed with these and so wish I would of tried them sooner !!!

Most of the one or two star reviews are due to people that ordered the wrong size. If you order a size larger they should fit just fine. I am 5'10 245lbs and mostly use these to protect from the Sun. I am an automotive technician at a rental car company so they have to stand up to all the sharp snags and things that you would expect to rub across in a shop setting and they have held up to the punishment. The only real negative thing I can say is that they have a small tag on the inside for washing instructions it might rub on your skin which is easily taken care of with a pair of scissors. Very comfortable form-fitting and they don't ride down your arm. No matter how active I am during the day I have yet to have these slide off my arm. Easy to wash with just a little bit of water and detergent and hang them dry, do not put them in the dryer.

I've been riding road bicycles for several years, but this was the first set of arm warmers I've owned, having preferred long-sleeved jerseys in the past. I wore the SONTHIN Arm Sleeves on a recent 5-day, 300 mile cycling trip, to keep my arms protected from the sun and to keep them warm in the mornings and late afternoons on each day's ride. I ordered size medium as I'm 5'7" and 153 lbs. My arms are muscular from working out and other sports, and the sleeves were snug, but they didn't cut off circulation or cause any discomfort even while wearing them for 5 hours at a stretch, on some days. They did an excellent job of keeping the sun off my arms and keeping me warm when temperatures cooled. They also wick moisture very effectively and don't accumulate sweat even during aggressive climbing. Highly recommend and wish they offered sleeves in orange, as well as the white and blue I purchased.

These sleeves were a great purchase, I have been using these for close to a month now and the black color is still vibrant and the material is great. My only concern is the upper part of the sleeve is a little tight, but this might be because I'm a big guy. I use these daily for work and I don't notice any slippage from them just wish they were a little looser from the upper elastic. Will recommend these to my friends and I will be purchasing others in the future in different colors.

This is a seriously good product. I live in Central Florida and do about 20 hours a week on the bike. With my increased mileage came increased UV exposure and resultant damage to my arms (itch with rash). Lotions and creams did not work. Per the MD my only option was to cut back on the miles. These jewels eliminated that need. Ordering 2 more sets
