This aids in falling asleep. Struggle to fall asleep without it but I do have to use two and put them both on an hour before bed.

Unfortunately these patches were a big disappointment for me.
Sadly, these patches were a waste of money for me. Although I applied one or even two patches around 10pm, it would be 4am or after before sleep came - then I would sleep in & just feel as if I wanted to go back to bed, once I had got up. I sleep better without them & feel more alive next day when I am not using them. I still need help in achieving a full night’s sleep though, but am giving up hope of ever finding something that works for me.

Product did nothing for me, better off spraying ur pillow with lavender scent. Patches were not for me as haven’t worked at all over a period of about 2 weeks.

SUPERB!!
Bought these as we recently lost mum and dad wasn't sleeping well at all. From day one of him using the patches, he has slept through the nights and can't recommend them enough. 100% recommended.

Don't work for me unfortunately
I have tried these patches several times over the last couple of weeks and unfortunately so far they haven't worked. I did, as suggested increase to two patches after a few sleepless nights, but that didn't seem to make any difference. Also have tried using them on different areas of the body, well just in case, and still no results; so I'm back to my Kalms One a Night. A good idea, and maybe work for some people, just not for me, unfortaunately.
