Has held up over the winter holding the plastic I hung over the “heated” cat houses’s doors to keep the snow out and warmth in from the heating pads.I needed them shorter so cut one with dull tin snips. Got it cut but not well. (See below)If drilling holes through these, be sure to drill the hole so the screw will drill into the wood behind the strap before applying. And be sure the hole is large enough that the screw won’t catch the edge of the strap’s hole with drilling; I sliced my hand in several places by the cut edge because the strap caught in the edge of the screw and spun.

They're pieces of metal, but what you can do with them is endless. I used these to build a counter top for a kitchen island. None of them were scratched or bent, and the protective coating came off fairly easily.

I used them to bolster cracked wood. Attached them with epoxy. I'm pleased with the result.

Since these are stainless steel, I expected them to be magnetic but it must have an austenitic crystal structure because it is not magnetic at all.

Not magnetic. This is useless to me.
