These paint pens have nice bright colors. we use them for marking the shelves in the warehouse. They work fine, dont drip and do the job. Glad to have them. For the price of 12.00 they are a decent deal.

I am trying to paint the names of my boys on their tool bags. Not quite finished with Elliott who requested shades of blue, but used "real paint" and metallic markers.I was excited about these markers, especially being oil based, and when previewing them on a white envelope, found the colors vibrant and exciting.I believe you will like them for most projects. It is easy to "stay inside the lines." However, these fabric tool bags "ate" the paint. From right to left Is red, orange, yellow, green blue and violet. I will paint over them with different paint. Going over them repeatedly with the paint markers did not work.If I have other things to paint I will try these again. Like I said, I really liked the colors on white paper.I wanted these because I have not been able to locate a RED metallic marker! Is red a color that cannot work as a metallic?I do not believe you should hesitate to order these unless you have black fabric tool bags as I do.

I colored in the mane on this metal hoof pick. The paint dried quickly and seems like it will stay on.

I used the white paint pen on a detailed project. When I applied slight pressure the pen dumped a massive amount of paint all over my project which completely ruined it. I'm going back to only using sharpie brand paint pens.

These may work well in other applications, but I bought these to mark rechargeable batteries. I performed a test on one pack. The marks I added lasted most of the day, but were illegible after 24 hours of use. Ill find another use for them, but this is not the right application.to be fair, I only tested red. other colors may work better.
