brilliant bright

Fantastic torch, used it down a very dark country road and it illuminated everywhere, told my work colleagues and they have also all purchased multiple torches, it literally is like the BAT torch when you shine it in the air, cant recommend it enough.

There is a lot to like about this flashlight, it's extremely bright, very sturdy and has a good weight and size to it. The little screen that shows the battery percentage is both a blessing and a curse. It's extremely useful to see the status of the battery BUT it also adds a level of paranoia and I find myself checking it over and over. On the brightest mode, I've observed the battery drain at about 1% every 60 seconds, sometimes a bit longer, sometimes a bit shorter. You should definitely use this mode sparingly. The reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is due the faster rate of drain for the high beam mode and because of the extra battery adapter, where you can put AAA batteries into the adapter to use in the flashlight as a backup, just doesn't work for me. I've tried various different AAA batteries and brands and none of them seem to work at all. Ultimately though, I do think this is good value for money and I do recommend it!
