I got this fondue as a Christmas present. It arrived later than promised so, unfortunately, it was too late for me to return it. There are two images on amazon to represent this product. The first one is accurate but the 2nd picture was not at all. The picture showed a beautifully packaged fondue set, finished off with a fancy bow. In reality, the product arrives loose in a tatty cardboard box covered in tape. I opened this box presuming it was just the delivery box, but sure enough it was the actual product packaging. I am not happy at all as I feel this is false advertising.
