Mahoda Matcha Premium 40g Mahoda teas are grown in the beautiful remote countryside of the Ujitawara region in Kyoto, where the history of growing tea dates back to over 1,000 years ago. The nutrient rich soil in the green sloping hills, the misty climate, warm days and cool nights provide the perfect climate for tea plants to grow well. Tea produced in the Ujitawara region has a noble colour, deeper taste and aroma than any other tea produced in other regions of Japan.

Directions
Place 1 tsp (1.5-2g) of sifted Matcha into your favourite cup or mug, pour in hot (not boiling) water (80°C) and whisk the Matcha until it has a rich foam on top. Enjoy your Matcha straight after whisking when the foam is still fresh. Don't have a whisk? Stir small amount of water with 1 tsp of Matcha into a cup or mug and using the back of the spoon, mix to a smooth paste. Slowly add the remaining water whilst continuing to mix . Your tea should be smooth but will not be frothy.

Keep calm and enjoy a proper Matcha
I bought this tea because I wanted to try something new, something exotic. I'm more a coffee addict and this was an experience I made, encouraged by some friends. I couldn't expect more from that tea than what I really got. This tea is an invitation to exploration, and you feel like travelling around Japanese natural landscapes. The seller provides detailed explanation and recipes, in order for you to fully enjoy the experience. The tea in itself is an absolute pleasure with a great blend of flavors and natural aromas which are so delightful I fell in love.I'm so glad I tried this one because I'm surely going to run out of stock soon and I'll definitely buy again.

I have tried Matcha tea from various suppliers and in my opinon Mahoda Matcha Premium is really high quality. Very fresh, smooth and a great taste. Working out regularly after work means I need that boost near the end of the day to get me out the door and down to the gym. I find that drinking matcha before gives me the energy to squeeze in extra sets and reps and perform for longer.

This matcha tea is head and shoulders above all the others. Instantly I can feel the energising effects which help to boost my energy levels as well as focus my mind. And no wired feeling either (that you get with synthetic caffeine!) No need to look anywhere else, this is the matcha tea you need!!

Superb Green Tea.
I purchased this tea to try an alternative as I use Green Tea as part of my training and because I like the health benefits it gives. I have to say the Mahoda Tea is great and I would recommend it to anyone. It is very pure, tastes nice and is visually striking in the cup. Can't recommend it enough and better than anything else on the market.
