Note – this is a single knee sleeve, not a pair, and not to be confused with ordinary knee warmers. This sleeve is designed to help those with one knee recovering from injury. The sleeve is good quality and nicely made, with a circular pattern to show where it should go over your kneecap. It has a firm grip and will not slip up or down. At either side is a sort of flexible corset stay to give added support, which I should mention does make a quiet crepitating noise as you flex your knee. Just the warmth is beneficial, and perhaps the negative ions help too over a longer period.I was given this item in exchange for an honest review.

Excellent keeps your knee warm and really helps

Purchased this because of an old knee injury that requires this sort of treatment.Firstly It is designed to keep the area warm which it succeeds in doing quite well.It is longer in length than usual knee supports and refuses to ride up your leg like most others.I ride a bike and you would think that amount of friction would make it ride up the leg and ride down from the thigh.no it doesnt. it genuinely stays put.I've worn it constantly for 4 days with no discomfort or riding up or any irritation.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who suffers from bad/weak knees.10/10.
