Love this product! It really helps me work muscle areas which are tricky to pin down using standard gym equipment. Very sturdy and I can use it outside. Take it with me to exercise almost every day. Much stronger build quality than other resistance bands I've used. Highly recommend and also have recommended to my boxing training class. Great product good quality. I like the colour coded bands as its easy to see which is the stronger bands. The bag is perfect for travelling as I can take these anywhere. Bands give a great work out and even stops me having to do weights. The door grip is handy for chest excercise too... Can feel a great burn after a workout.
