The ring seems larger than the advertised size. I put layers of bandaid at the base of the ring and honed into perfectly sized for me. Also ordered a solid metal urethral insert and with that everything is great in a quite invasive way. Urine will get everywhere without an insert and will be hard to clean and get smelly quickly. The cage completely flattens out everything and attempts at erections don't create a bulge. One of the better low-end cages I've had with some minor adjustments.
