Solid product for the price.
The item arrived quickly and the hardware was well packaged. My needs are pretty simple, only requiring side by side monitors slightly above eye level. The hardware is very sturdy and has some weight to it. It has a glossy black finish and looks quite professional. It had no issues supporting my older 21 inch monitors that are much heavier than newer ones. I will be updating to 27 in asap. Even with enough tension to support the weight of the monitors the arms are still adjustable. This is a real great product for a real great price.

USB can be upgrad to 3.0 easily
Nice monitor mount the usb are 2.0 but you can buy usb 3.0 extension cables and swap them very easily
