If you’re looking for a good gaming PC, DON’T buy this one. It’s a complete scam, the one I bought isn’t even listed here anymore. Micro Center has much better ones with Radeon RX 7000 graphics for only about $200 more. Don’t waste your money on this. Not sure how well it works for just work stuff, as I bought it for gaming, but I’m sure you’ll have just about the same problems I had. First and foremost, the settings recognized the graphics card as a “laptop GPU” which isn’t supposed to be in a gaming PC. That isn’t even mentioned in the product description which is extremely misleading. THEN it completely stopped working barely a week into owning it. It worked great at first, but when I tried to update it the first time it wasn’t recognizing the graphics card anymore (I even tried going through the NVIDIA app to fix it, but even that wouldn’t recognize it). Went back to the previous update and it was working great again, but then one day after I shut it down and turned it back on, it said it couldn’t find an operating system. My theory is that maybe windows corrupted during the update and to automatically fix itself, it uninstalled windows. Not sure whose fault that is, but regardless things like that should definitely not be happening. A couple more less important things to note (just so I can check all the boxes Amazon wants me to) ; It was pretty loud as the fans didn’t have a silent mode. WiFi connectivity worked better with the hot spot on my phone than the Ethernet which confused me. The only good thing about it, in my opinion, is that it’s prebuilt—only thing you had to setup was taking the protective foam out of the inside. Like I said before, it was pretty fast but stopped working after a while. It could run Marvel Rivals which I’ve been using as a test for my PCs lol. Lastly, it’s way too expensive for what you get; I found one at Micro Center for barely $200 more with the Radeon RX 7000 graphics. Something else to add, I got this PC on August 18, dropped it off on September 5 to returned, and I still haven’t received the $700 I spent on this garbage. It’s been delayed twice now. TL;DR - it’s a piece of crap if you wanna use it for gaming. Don’t know what these other reviews are on about, but even as a beginner PC it’s not even worth one star. Save a little more money and just get one from Micro Center.

This product is a scam, it does not come with the Nvidia video card it claims, it comes with some weird STG card and only works until the first windows update. Then you cannot even find the drivers. So yourself a favor and stay away from this product and this brand! It’s china trash

It looks cool, but thats about it. It worked for about 2 hours then stopped. The graphics card, an RTX 3050 Ti, is actually a laptop card and the computer failed to recognize it after updating Windows. Good luck trying to find any BIOS update, because the company makes their own mobo and provides zero updates. My emails to tech support were bounced back and nobody answered their tech support call. After doing a factory reset twice and three days of aggravation, I came to the conclusion that the GPU was garbage. I sent it back immediately and bought a CyberPower PC. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Absoulute TRASH this PC is hot garbage it barely works the graphics card is non existent and is made for laptops I will NEVER buy from them again this is a sorry excuse of a pc and complete SCAM

What you get for the price is fine. However....like many recent reviews say, this is not a genuine Nvidia card and as such you can never install new drivers for it. You'll also eventually suffer crashes due to the drivers or 300 watt power supply. Also, don't think about using nvme. No slots for it that I could find. I can't give it a lower score though bc when it works, it works well. The case is good. It definitely plays most games at high settings. You could probably swap the power supply and GPU out and it'd be solid. But you'll eventually have to swap everything.

We had to return the next day because the graphics card was no longer compatible with the Windows 11 update that had just came out. The company was going to have to do research and send out a new graphics card...nope... packed up and returned.

I bought this three weeks ago hooked up straight out of box turned on had one issue everything was big on my screen called tech support first time got someone they took over my computer and had it up and running in no time mine works great and it does say in description TI for tiny it’s laptop parts in this computer and I have had no problems with any games whatsoever. It does everything I want to do with no problem
