Concept 20 - Luxury No Waistband Sheer to Waist Hipster Pantyhose/Tights

I bought these for a Latin dance demonstration, so I really put them to the test and they performed very well. First I needed them to truly be sheer to the waist and they are. Next, I needed them to NOT cause a line at the waist; they did not. Finally, they needed to be strong enough to endure a lot of dancing; they did. I found them to be comfortable and like the color. I will be buying more.

The first time I bought the Ibici concept 20, it didn't roll down. I loved it! I can't have pressure on my stomach so I felt I had found the perfect nylon. Didn't sag, even though the size was much larger than I needed (wanted to make sure the waste was not snug). Lasted well, before running. Couldn't tell I even was wearing nylon.However...the last 2 I bought, for some reason, roll down. hard to stand in front of people, talking and trying not to want to pull up your nylon. The more I walked, the more the creep from my waist, down below my hips. I felt like putting on suspenders to help hold them up. I am sadden because I thought I had found the perfect nylon!

They are nice pantyhose, the reason they only get one star is because I specifically needed "sheer to waist" pantyhose which they say they are, but they are not, they have a control piece in the crotch which is the one thing I was trying to avoid.

These are a bit pricier than I expected to pay, but I figured that it was time to get something quality that I won't keep replacing, as I have a large scar on my knee from knee surgery going down my shin and inside of kneecap. Not only do these tights mute it so well that my own critical eyes don't immediately jump to the scars, but it gives my legs a very natural not-overly-tanned healthy tone. AND THEY ARE SO SOFT! No muffin-topping at all with these, and the waistband can either be pulled up to the waist or sit comfortably at my hips (i'm 5'4"). I will be buying another color if these continue to stand up to the test of time!

These are very nice, I ordered slightly larger than usual and they fit fine, they feel so non-binding and yet they stay up so well. Also they are nice and silky, didn't snag easily, but I did manage to snag them anyway. If they were a bit more affordable, I would have given five stars.

The photo is misleading. It looks like there is literally no waist band and that the center seam is very fine. It isn't. It's huge. Thick and never lays flat up the front and back. It shows through a lot of my dresses. The waistband is a couple layers of thicker nylon that is folded over and stitched. There is no added elastic and it's comfortable but it's still there. Other than the seams these are great pantyhose and have lasted well enough for the price.

I love these pantyhose because I hate the feeling of something tight on my waist and these are the only ones I have ever had that do not have that tight waist feeling. Yes, they are expensive but I have a couple of pairs that I have worn at least 10 or 12 times and so far have had no runs or tears. I treat them carefully and wash by hand but so far they are just like new. The only thing I can say that some people might not like is that the panty seam in the front is thick and if you were wearing something very, very thin and clingy it might show through - not a problem for me. I have bought a few extra pairs that I haven't even opened yet because I wanted to make sure I have some in case they become unavailable. When I first put them on, I wondered how they would stay up without that tight waistband, but they stay up fine.

Welp. These could have been nice but they ripped on their way up my leg. R.I.P. They never got to see sunshine.
